Merit Guild — High-Stakes Academic Registry
Merit Guild is a global high-stakes academic registry that certifies students across ten distinct country curricula through country-scaled, macro-timed, four-subject trial exams. This application requires JavaScript to be enabled in your browser.
What Merit Guild does
Students enroll into their local grade tier — Class 10/11/12 in India, Gaozhong 高一/高二/高三 in China, SSS 1–3 in Nigeria, GCSE / A-Level in the United Kingdom, ATAR-track Senior Secondary in Australia, High School in the United States, CBC STEM in Kenya, the Matric FET phase in South Africa, A-Level PCM/MCB in Rwanda, or the Gymnasiale Oberstufe Abitur track in Germany. Each pathway maps internally to a uniform Base Grade Index for global leaderboard parity.
The trial machine
Every trial is a sequential four-subject exam with country-scaled macro time pools — 40 minutes per subject for India and China, 30 minutes for the US, UK, and Australia, and 20 minutes for Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Rwanda, and Germany. Multiple-choice questions are auto-scored; short-answer responses are graded via an LLM assessor with substring keyword pre-filtering. A three-strike anti-cheat proctoring system tracks tab-switching and blur events — a single strike immediately locks the student out of the Apex Master Pool for the trial cycle.
Public credential verification
Passing scholars (cumulative ≥ 60%) receive a permanent public verification URL at /verify/credentials/{verification_id} and can download a registrar-grade A4 PDF transcript with SHA-256 integrity signature. The Apex Master Pool leaderboard highlights the global top 1% (percentile Pr ≥ 99.0) using the formula Pr = ((L + 0.5·E) / N) × 100.
